Why would tylenol show up as a drug? Your list does not contain plain old tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil (ibuprofen).
Only thing you can do for the flu is reduce fever. Tylenol is good. A shower will help too. Good old hot chicken soup might make him feel better. Just lay back and take it easy is the main thing.
